If you are not sure of your Pbs then go to the links section on the website and scroll down to the link where you can find out your Pbs.
If you are interested in entering then please download and complete the following entry form Entry Form and return to Val or one of your coaches by 15th October at the latest as entries are competitive. Please makes cheques payable to SSC. Val will then do all the entries online.
